Terms of Use for Nomad Flow
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Nomad Flow mobile application and related pages ("Service").
Nomad Flow ("the App", "we", "our", or "us") is operated by Nadzeya Yashchuk.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What Nomad Flow is
Nomad Flow is a personal finance tracking app for local record-keeping.
Nomad Flow is not:
- a bank
- a lender
- a broker
- a payment processor
- a crypto exchange or custodian
- an investment, legal, tax, or accounting advisor
Country notes and checklists are educational only.
2. Use of the Service
Nomad Flow is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You agree to use the Service lawfully.
You must not:
- interfere with, abuse, or disrupt the Service
- attempt unauthorized access to systems
- reverse engineer or exploit the Service beyond rights allowed by law
- copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without permission
3. App behavior and availability
We may update, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any specific feature.
4. Data and responsibility
You are responsible for:
- the accuracy of information you enter
- safeguarding your device
- safeguarding exported files
If local data is deleted without backup/export, it may be permanently lost.
5. Crypto and market reference disclaimer
Any FX or crypto values shown are reference information only and may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate.
Nomad Flow does not execute trades, hold custody, connect wallets/exchanges, or provide brokerage services.
6. No professional advice
Any summaries, analytics, parser suggestions, and country notes are informational only and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice.
7. Intellectual property
All app content, branding, and software components are owned by or licensed to Nadzeya Yashchuk and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nadzeya Yashchuk is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits arising from use of the Service.
10. Privacy
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app.
We may suspend or terminate access to distribution/updates if required by law, platform policy, or misuse of the Service.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, except where otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also benefit from mandatory provisions of the laws of your country of residence.
