Nomad Flow ("the App", "we", "our", or "us") is operated by Nadzeya Yashchuk.
Nomad Flow is a local-first personal finance tracker for digital nomads.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app and related pages.

2. Core privacy model
Nomad Flow is designed so financial records stay on your device by default.
Data stored locally may include:
- accounts and balances
- transactions (expense, income, transfer)
- categories
- notes and merchants (if entered)
- manually tracked crypto records
- selected country/context preferences
- parser-generated transaction drafts in Money Chat
The app does not require account registration.
3. Data sharing and sale
We do not sell personal data.
We do not use ads SDKs or user-tracking SDKs in the app.
We do not operate a cloud sync backend for your transaction ledger as part of normal app use.
4. Limited network requests
Some optional app features may request public reference market data
(for example, FX or crypto reference rates).
These requests are used to retrieve reference quotes and are not intended
to upload your financial ledger content.
5. Money Chat and voice
Nomad Flow uses a local rule-based parser to suggest transaction drafts from typed text.
Drafts are not saved until you explicitly confirm.
Voice input, when available on your device, is used for entry convenience.
If voice is unavailable, manual text entry remains available.
6. Export and sharing
Export is a manual user action.
If you export and share files, those files are outside the app’s
protected local storage and subject to the destination/service you choose.
7. Data retention
Because records are local-first, your data remains on your device until you edit, export, or delete it (including via in-app delete actions or app uninstall, depending on platform behavior).
8. Security
Nomad Flow uses local storage protections, including encrypted local database strategies where supported by the configured platform build.
No storage or transmission method is 100% secure, but we aim to minimize exposure by keeping records local-first.
9. Children’s privacy
Nomad Flow is not directed specifically to children under the age required by local law.
10. Third-party platforms
App distribution and purchases (if any) are handled by platform providers such as Apple App Store and Google Play, under their own policies and terms.
11. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
